The Marion Adaline Belnap Kerr Collection, housed at the Church History Library of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, contains many important documents on the lives of Utah Pioneers Gilbert Belnap, Adaline Knight, Henrietta McBride, their descendants, and their ancestors. Most of the materials in this collection once belonged to Hyrum Belnap, who inherited them from his parents, Gilbert Belnap and Adaline Knight. Hyrum’s daughter, Marion Adaline Belnap Kerr, donated the materials to the Church’s archives shortly before her death on 12 Apr 1972. Included here are links to images of the original items from the entire collection. The call number for this collection at the Church History Library is MS 916. The original “Register of the Marion Adaline Belnap Kerr Collection” was prepared by Max J. Evans in January 1972. (Note that most individual items below are also listed with or linked to the respective individuals to whom they relate.)
